FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing parts from structural steel “38Х2МЮА” used for the production of parts and assemblies for aviation and rocket and space systems. A method has been proposed for producing parts from powders of structural steel “38Х2МЮА” using selective laser melting technique. The production of parts using selective laser melting technique occurs under the following process parameters: laser radiation power 200 to 250 W, scanning speed from 500 to 700 mm/s, scanning pitch from 0.1 to 0.15 mm, layer thickness 50 microns. Then there is a heat treatment: hardening 940°C in oil and leave 660°C for 5 hours, then cool in air. The process of manufacturing parts using selective laser melting technique takes place inside a sealed chamber in a protective gas environment.
EFFECT: obtaining parts with low porosity, high mechanical properties and a low level of residual stresses.
