FIELD: pharmaceutical technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a capsule medicinal product for the treatment of cancer containing DFP-11207 and a method of producing this medicinal product. The capsule medicinal product for the treatment of cancer contains DFP-11207 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in an amount from 25 to 63% by weight, microcrystalline cellulose in an amount from 35 to 73% by weight and colloidal silicon dioxide in an amount from 2 to 5% by weight. A method of producing a capsule medicinal product for the treatment of cancer includes filling of a capsule shell with DFP-11207 or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt in an amount from 25 to 63% by weight, microcrystalline cellulose in an amount from 35 to 73% by weight and colloidal silicon dioxide in an amount from 2 up to 5% by weight.
EFFECT: above-described group of inventions makes it possible to stabilize DFP-11207, which is a moisture-sensitive substance that is unstable at high humidity.
