FIELD: energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices that convert the energy of a working fluid into mechanical and/or electrical energy, and can be used in electric power, thermal power, machine tool building, automotive and other industries. A double-circuit thermal power plant comprises an engine connected via a cable to an electrical controller, which is also connected to a battery and an electric inverter configured to transmit useful power, as well as a main closed circuit with the first compressor, an auxiliary closed circuit with the second compressor, where both circuits include the working fluid. The main closed circuit has an intermediate heat exchanger heated by an external heat source, a counter condenser, said engine, an air heat exchanger, and a counter evaporator connected in series within its circuit from the first compressor. In the section of the main closed circuit between the counter condenser and the air heat exchanger, a bypass is installed, as well as a bypass circuit for the working fluid passing through the engine to ensure its operation. The auxiliary closed circuit has a counter condenser, an air heat exchanger-condenser, a throttle, a counter evaporator, and an air heat exchanger-evaporator connected in series within its circuit from the second compressor. The main closed loop and the auxiliary closed loop are designed to interact with each other in the counter condenser and counter evaporator units.
