FIELD: mechanical measuring instruments.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates namely to the devices for measuring certain parameters of parts (length, width, thickness, etc.), specifically to sets of gauge blocks designed to convey linear dimensions. A universal set of plane-parallel length gauges of 83 measures contains one measure with a size of 0.5 mm and 82 measures with sizes from 1.00 mm to 100 mm, including 56 measures with sizes 1, 1.005, 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.04, 1.05, 1.06, 1.07, 1.08, 1.09, 1.1, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13, 1.14, 1.15, 1.16, 1.17, 1.18, 1.19, 1.2, 1.21, 1.22, 1.23, 1.24, 1.25, 1.2 6, 1.27, 1.28, 1.29, 1.3 , 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 mm and 26 additional measures with sizes 1.015, 1.025, 1.035, 1.045, 1.055, 1.065, 1.075, 1.085, 1.095, 1.105, 1.115, 1.125, 1.135, 1.145, 1.155, 1.165, 1.1 75, 1.185, 1.195, 1.205, 1.215, 1.225, 1.235 , 1.245, 1.255 and 1.265 mm.
EFFECT: weight reduction and improvement in the specific indicators of the realized range of sizes transmitted by a set with a given gradation, expanding the process capabilities of the set and increasing its efficiency.
