FIELD: lifting devices.

SUBSTANCE: manipulators used to move processing parts and objects of labor in logging operations, warehouses, and construction. The manipulator includes a rotary support device with a column on which an articulated two-section boom with a main (root) link, its drive in the form of a hydraulic cylinder, and a final telescopic section equipped with a drive in the form of a hydraulic cylinder and a working element is pivotally mounted. The telescopic section has a fixed part in the form of a hollow body and movable parts. The number of moving parts depends on the purpose of the manipulator and its maximum reach. The moving parts are made in the form of two hollow bodies, and the last moving part is a load-carrying beam, to the end of which the working element is attached. The moving parts, except the last one, are made in the form of two hollow bodies. In each housing, a subsequent movable part is installed in the lower cavity, and in the upper cavity there is a drive for the subsequent movable part, which is a hydraulic cylinder rigidly attached to the internal and external brackets, located respectively inside the upper cavity and at the end of the subsequent movable part. The first movable part is located in the stationary part and is driven by a hydraulic cylinder rigidly fixed to brackets, one of which is installed at the end of the stationary part, and the other at the end of the movable part.

EFFECT: increase in the working stroke of moving parts is achieved to reduce the size of the manipulator in the transport position, increasing reliability.
