FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: manipulator includes support and turning device, attached hinged arm with movable and fixed telescopic parts made in last section, root and telescopic section drive, and movable part of telescopic section drive. Movable part of telescopic section is cable braced block. Block is installed on fixed part of telescopic section above hinged connection of this part with root section and cable is connected by one end with movable part of telescopic section with other end passed through said block and connected with root section between hinged connection of the latter with telescopic section and hinged connection of root section with column of support and turning device.
EFFECT: simplification of construction, decrease of weight, increase of reliability and efficiency of operation.
