FIELD: forestry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forest machine building and can be used in clearing and cleaning cuttings, clearing routes of power transmission lines, gas-oil pipelines. Manipulator consists of support-rotary platform, boom, boom drive hydraulic cylinder. Telescopic handle of the manipulator contains a fixed section in the form of a hollow cylindrical body pivotally connected to the boom in the upper part. Movable sections of the telescopic handle are made in the form of hollow cylindrical bodies with collars in the front part, except for the last movable section, which is made as an all-metal one. Sections of telescopic handle, except for the last one, have side slots acting as guides. On rear parts of movable sections there are bosses inserted into slots and protruding outside them, as well as moving in slots preventing rotation of movable sections relative to each other and relative to fixed section. Inside the fixed section and the movable sections, except for the last section, compression springs are installed, one end of which rests against the seat of the corresponding section in the rear part made in the form of a cup, and the other end – against the seat of the next section made in the form of a cup. Inside the fixed section and movable sections, except for the last one, a cable passes along the centre of their holes, with one end rigidly fixed to the last movable section in its rear part, and by the other end, enveloping the blocks, it is rigidly fixed on the boom of the hydraulic cylinder of the fixed section of the telescopic handle.
EFFECT: preventing bending of springs in vertical and horizontal planes at retraction of sections of telescopic handle, reduced dimensions of mechanism of retraction-extension of movable sections of telescopic handle.
