FIELD: processing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: manipulator has supporting-rotating device, pivotal boom mounted on supporting-rotating device and having telescopic terminating section with movable and immovable parts, power cylinders, one of said cylinders being pivotally connected with column and boom root section and other cylinder connected with terminating section and immovable part of telescopic boom section, and drive for movable part and telescopic section. Drive has cable-and-pulley system including system of pulleys mounted on opposite ends of second power cylinder, and cable having one end connected with one pin of system of pulleys and other end connected with movable parts of telescopic section. Other end of cable positioned downward of system of pulleys is passed through openings provided in brackets rigidly fixed on immovable and movable parts of telescopic section and located at end of terminating movable part of telescopic section. Compression springs are provided on each movable part of telescopic section, between brackets.

EFFECT: simplified construction of drive, reduced number of pivotal joints, and prolonged service life of manipulator.
