SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a liquid-phase blocking indirect “sandwich” ELISA test system for determining the titer of antibodies against foot-and-mouth disease virus strain “O No. 2356/Pakistan/2018” of genotype O/ME-SA/PanAsia2ANT-10 in animal blood serum.
EFFECT: invention is effective for quantitative determination of antibody titer against foot and mouth disease virus strain “O No. 2356/Pakistan/2018” genotype O/ME-SA/PanAsia2ANT-10 in a wide range of 4.0–10.5 log2 SN50 for subsequent analysis of the immune status of animals against foot and mouth disease.
