SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of a method for rapid quantitative determination of the level of humoral immunity of animals to strain O No. 2311/Zabaikalsky/2016 of the genotype O/ME-SA/Ind-2001 of the foot-and-mouth disease virus after vaccination using a liquid-phase "sandwich" ELISA variant. The proposed method involves the use of immunospecific and non-specific components, allows to determine the percentage of inhibition and quantify the level of humoral immunity of animals against strain O No. 2311/Zabaikalsky/2016 genotype O/ME-SA/Ind-2001 after vaccination. The developed method is characterized by high diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy for the quantitative determination of antibody titer against FMDV strain O No. 2311/Zabaikalsky/2016 genotype O/ME-SA/Ind-2001.
