SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to the creation of a test system for a liquid-phase blocking indirect "sandwich" ELISA variant for determining the titer of antibodies against FMDV strain O No. 2047/Saudi Arabia/2008 genotype O/ME-SA/PanAsia2 in animal blood sera. The advantage of the developed test system is a long shelf life (up to 3 years) due to the production of freeze-dried immunospecific and non-immunospecific components.

EFFECT: proposed test system provides the creation of a modern, highly specific and sensitive test system designed to quantify the antibody titer against FMDV strain O No. 2047/Saudi Arabia/2008 genotype O/ME-SA/PanAsia2 in a wide range of 4.0-10, 5 log2 (1:16-1:1448) for subsequent analysis of the immune status of animals in relation to FMD.
