SUBSTANCE: compact high-power gas lasers with high beam quality. An axial flow gas laser with Raman gas-discharge and radio frequency excitation contains: an optical resonator; two dielectric longitudinally or transversely symmetrical plasma cylindrical channels; two gas-flow dielectric anode cavities; two metal multi-nozzle anodes; sources of direct or alternating high-frequency current; one gas-flow cathode cavity; double metal cathode; two metal spiral electrodes, RF power supply 1-27 MHz; cooling heat exchanger; centrifugal type turbocharger; a container with a mixture of laser gas; vacuum pump; closed loop laser design.

EFFECT: increase in laser efficiency, as well as power and specific energy characteristics, along with high optical quality of the beam.
