FIELD: gas turbine engines.
SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to devices for burning fuel gas in the combustion chambers of stationary gas turbine units. A low-emission burner contains housing (1), swirler (7) with hollow blades (8) and holes (26) for supplying fuel to the main zone, containing central body (9) in which nozzle (10) with fuel supply channels (4, 5) to the main and duty zones. In this case, fuel injector (10) consists of bushing (15) and sprayer (16) with angular grooves (24) and radial sector projections (27). Nozzle (16) and bushing (15) are joined to each other by means of a threaded connection with O-ring (17) installed between them. Fuel injector (10) is fixed in swirler (7) with threaded nut (18) by rolling. Central body (9) has ceramic nozzle (12) with the possibility of replacing it with a nozzle with an increased diameter, installed using spacer rings (13) located in grooves (14) of central body (9). Swirler (7) is installed in cylindrical cage (6) of housing (1), in which sealing rings (22) are located, and is fixed with nut (20) by rolling. Fairing (19) of a removable design is mounted on swirler (7) by spot welding; burner body (1) is made with transition section (3) from rod (2) to cylindrical cage (6).
EFFECT: manufacturability of the assembly, improved efficiency of fuel combustion, maintainability, tightness of internal channels, optimal velocities of the air-fuel mixture, and elimination of local overheating of the nozzle.
