FIELD: devices for combustion of fuel gas.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for combustion of fuel gas in combustion chambers of stationary gas turbine plants. Disclosed is low-emission double-circuit burner, comprising housing (1), swirler (2) with hollow blades (3) and holes (4) for supplying fuel to the main zone, comprises central body (5) accommodating nozzle (6) with fuel feed channel (7). Swirler (2) is made by additive technologies with internal (8) fuel channels of triangular shape and levelling grid (9). Nozzle (6) is made of ceramic material, comprises inner cylindrical cavity (10) with recess part (11), is fixed by means of spacer and retaining rings (12) placed in annular grooves (13) of central body (5), is cylinder (14) with step (15) changing into cone (16) with caps (17) and rounding (18), on which there are through holes (19) located at an angle parallel to cone (16). Housing (1) comprises sleeve (21), in which flexible tube (22) is installed, fixed by boss (20). At the outlet of the swirler, nozzle (23) is welded with path ledge (24), the thickness h of which can vary depending on the conditions of formation of the flow passage. Inside central body (5) there is a hermetically installed hollow bushing (25) containing a fuel supply channel (26), through which up to 50% of the total fuel consumption is supplied.

EFFECT: invention allows providing adjustment of the nozzle flow section, heat resistance of the nozzle at high temperatures, manufacturability and assembly of the nozzle, stability of the combustion process in all operating modes of the engine and supply to the nozzle of up to 50% of total fuel consumption.
