SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of additive technologies, and can be used for high-precision supply of two-component polymer compounds in automated dosing systems, systems for applying polymer compositions to products or 3D printing. A two-component extruder consists of two independently controlled feed channels that supply the material in a given proportion to the mixing unit, from which the mixture is poured out ready for application. Each of the supply channels consists of a container for one of the components of the compound and a single-screw metering pump, the drive of which is digitally controlled.

EFFECT: use of single-screw metering pumps for supplying material to the mixing unit makes it possible to provide the required ratio of components for the material used, invariant to the feed rate, viscosity or density of the material, and the use of digital control of the metering pump drives provides the ability to quickly change the modes of supply of the substance, which allows the use of a two-component extruder for additive manufacturing needs.
