The invention provides effective prevention and treatment of chronic venous insufficiency even in the presence of concomitant cardiovascular diseases with minimal side effects, improves the rheological properties of blood, tones blood vessels, and has a form convenient for the consumer to store and take.

EFFECT: invention expands the range of therapeutic and prophylactic agents for the prevention and treatment of patients with chronic venous insufficiency.
