FIELD: metal processing.

SUBSTANCE: manufacture of products containing heat transfer surfaces with micro- and nanostructure. The surface is abrasively treated for 10 minutes with the sequential use of diamond pastes with a grain size of 40 µm to 1 µm and felt discs. Next, the surface is cleaned for 5 minutes using ultrasound at a frequency of 35 kHz in an ultrasonic bath in a solution containing 95 wt.% distilled water and 5 wt.% ethanol. The product is removed and dried under normal conditions for 24 hours. Then the surface of the product is processed on a galvanometric scanner with a nanosecond fiber pulse laser with a radiation wavelength of 1064 nm, pulse energy of 0.3-1.0 mJ, pulse repetition rate of 2-140 kHz and duration of 1-120 ns, with a linear movement speed of the laser beam of 100-500 mm/s, with a light spot diameter of 20-100 microns on the surface being treated, with a light spot overlay trajectory in the longitudinal and transverse movement of the beam 1-10 times.

EFFECT: heat exchange is intensified and the amount of deposits of molten mineral products of fuel combustion is reduced.
