SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the use of roluperidone. The following is disclosed: a method of treating or reducing amblyopia, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of roluperidone, that is, a compound (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof.
EFFECT: use of roluperidone to treat negative symptoms and diseases, increase of neuroplasticity and promotion of neuroprotection.
