SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed to inform road users. A mobile signalling device installed on a vehicle consists of a frame to which a permanently attached display, a folding surface, and a folding protective shield with an electric unfolding system are attached. The frame is housed in a metal casing and is made of metal pipes in the form of vertical posts on the side walls of the frame, as well as transverse and longitudinal beams at the base of the frame. A LED screen is placed on the folding surface. The permanently attached display is LED. The device also includes a trolley attached to the folding panel for lifting the LED screen with the supporting beam, carried out using an electric winch attached to it, a LED controller that controls the LED screen and the display, an electrical control cabinet for the device and a user control panel for the device. The LED screen is designed to be fixed in the open position by two stop arms, as well as to be supported by a lifting cover of the screen trolley, while the elements of the device are electrically connected to each other.

EFFECT: increased reliability of the device when operating it at low temperatures, as well as increased level of protection of the device against the mechanical effects of oncoming air flows when moving.
