At the same time, laser exposure is carried out on the skin of the neck in the region of the projection of the vocal folds on the right and left with continuous modulated infrared laser radiation with a wavelength of 0.89 mcm, a power of 20-60 mW, a frequency of 50-80 Hz, a duration of 2.5 minutes on each side daily course of 7-10 days.
EFFECT: method allows restoring the vocal function, achieving regression or a significant reduction in the volume of bamboo knots of the vocal folds, and improving the closure of the vocal folds during phonation.
