METHOD OF APPLICATION OF HEPATIC-ENTEROANASTOMOSIS WHEN PERFORMING GASTROPANCREATODUODENAL OR PANCREATODUODENAL RESECTION Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61B17/11 

FIELD: medicine; abdominal surgery; oncology; gastroenterology.

SUBSTANCE: before applying hepatico-enteroanastomosis, the anterior wall of the bile duct from the end side is sutured with ligatures and taken onto supports. A hepaticoenteroanastomosis is formed using a continuous end-to-side suture. The round ligament of the liver is mobilized. The distal end of the round ligament is ligated with 3–0 Vicryl suture. This thread is taken onto a holder and a Fedorov clamp is inserted under the hepaticoenteroanastomosis. A ligature of the round ligament of the liver is inserted into the Fedorov clamp and the Fedorov clamp is tightened. The round ligament of the liver is passed under the hepatico-enteroanastomosis, wrapping the hepatico-enteroanastomosis with the round ligament of the liver. Along the anterior wall of the anastomosis, the round ligament of the liver is fixed with previously stitched ligatures, after which the Vicryl 3–0 thread is cut off from the distal end of the round ligament of the liver.

EFFECT: improvement of the quality of the formed hepaticoenteroanastomosis by strengthening it with the round ligament of the liver, as well as reduction of the risk of complications in the postoperative period.
