FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a hemostatic product obtained by three-dimensional additive printing, the use of hemostatic fluid material as printing ink for a three-dimensional additive printer, and a method of manufacturing a hemostatic product. The hemostatic product has three dimensions and consists of a stack of layers located one on top of the other, counting from the first outer layer to the second outer layer, in which adjacent layers of the stack of layers are connected to each other and in which a layer of the stack of layers includes a part obtained from a hemostatic fluid a material whose composition includes: non-cross-linked fibrillar type collagen, in which the content of fibrous collagen and/or fibrillar collagen is at least 70 wt.% of the total mass of collagen; monosaccharide; and glycosaminoglycan. The use of hemostatic fluid material as a printing ink for a three-dimensional additive printer, where the hemostatic fluid material is obtained from hemostatic powder mixed with saline solution. The method includes the step of a) providing a three-dimensional model for a three-dimensional additive printer, where the three-dimensional model corresponds to the structure of the hemostatic product being manufactured, and processing the three-dimensional model to determine a printable template including a plurality of layers designed to be stacked one on top of the other to form a stack of layers, corresponding three-dimensional model. The method includes step b) supplying a three-dimensional additive printer with at least one hemostatic fluid material that is used as a printing ink, where the fluid material is obtained from a hemostatic powder mixed with a saline solution. The method includes step c) printing a hemostatic product using a three-dimensional additive printer by applying printing ink to sequentially deposit one layer on top of another, where the formation includes applying a hemostatic fluid material using a three-dimensional additive printer, resulting in the formation of at least one part of at least one layer from a pack of layers.
EFFECT: provision of an easy-to-use hemostatic product, which, in particular, does not require complex preparation, can additionally be easily applied to a specific area to completely cover the target bleeding area, has high hemostatic efficiency, higher than existing hemostatic products, can be tailored to the specific needs of the patient and can be easily manufactured, can be used in cases of multiple bleedings and/or if the bleeding area has a complex shape, provides a convenient method of manufacturing a three-dimensional hemostatic product that allows to form a complex three-dimensional hemostatic product.
