FIELD: inorganic chemistry; chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods of producing microporous materials with the properties of molecular sieves and solid acids having cation-exchange properties — crystalline aluminosilicates with an ordered porous structure (zeolites). A method has been proposed for producing zeolite for heterogeneous catalysis of the ZSM-5 structural type without the use of a template, in the said method silica sol is used as a source of silicon; mixing of all initial components is carried out simultaneously in one stage at the molar ratio of the components in the following reaction mixture: silica sol:water:sodium hydroxide:sodium aluminate, equal to 1:42.3–46.5:0.4–0.43:0.08, and crystallization is performed under conditions of hydrothermal-microwave synthesis, providing a temperature of the reaction mass of 210–215°C, for 330–360 minutes.
EFFECT: reduction in the duration of the crystallization stage, the possibility of obtaining a zeolite of ZSM-5 structural type with a lower silica module.
