FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used as an open-pit mining technology. Method of extracting mineral rocks under the platform of the lower bench of a worked-out pit includes carrying out preparatory works associated with crushing of rocks, preliminary excavation works preceding installation and adjustment of transport mining equipment, as well as extraction and transportation through the pit to the place of shipment of broken rock mass using said mining equipment, which transportation connection is made in the form of a suspended load-gripping machine moving along air channels with the possibility of lowering to the lower central part of the pit and, accordingly, back lifting to the upper peripheral area of the pit. Preparatory works for crushing of rocks involve arrangement along the entire volume of the design working for its entire depth of a grid of drilling-and-blasting wells, which are not fully charged, and with preservation of pillar in upper part of deposit, performing function of screen preventing rock ejection during explosion. Preliminary excavation work involves the construction of separate prepared two sections for the used mining equipment on oppositely located relative to each other upper sides of the pit, each of which is a building structure consisting of a deposit planned for development and located along the width, having a transportation surface of a bearing extended site; slopes adjoin the ends of this site, which are conjugated with inclined transport ramps, which form a roadway for cargo vehicles, which carry the mined rock mass outside the pit. Said mining equipment consists of interconnected movable platform units, one of which is located on said first prepared section, and the other on the above second with formation of the designated air channels, which are made as single and are functionally independent transportation lines.
