FIELD: pipeline construction.

SUBSTANCE: construction of pipelines, in particular a method for the production, assembly and continuous construction of pipe sections of underwater pipelines made of steel or polymer and connected into a single pipeline. The method provides maximum mechanization and automation, eliminating or reducing existing inefficiencies and risks, significantly reducing the time ships stay at the pier, improving the quality of welds, control and the entire process. Inside the production shop there are production lines containing one or more welding booths and a series of support devices with synchronized drive rollers. The rollers carry the pipe sections while allowing the entire string to be moved without external intervention, after welding several pipe sections of varying lengths together.
