SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding, particularly, to pipe-laying vessels. Disclosed is a pipe-laying vessel, having two lines for making pipe stumps and a mounting line, in which the pipes production lines are intended for simultaneous production of pipe stays of two different diameters for use as internal pipe and external pipe, respectively. Further, the vessel has an assembly section for assembly of external pipes and internal pipes into the pipe-in-pipe configuration. Ship has layout that makes it possible to produce pipes-in-pipe of marine pipelines from single pipes, where available space is used optimally and pipe-in-pipe string can be made safely. There is no need for ground enterprises, nor transportation of pipe-in-pipe stays to ship.

EFFECT: as a result, operational coordination is reduced and overall costs for laying of offshore pipeline can be reduced; Besides, such vessel can be operated in extreme north, lay offshore pipelines in hard-to-reach places.
