FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: installation with electrophysical exposure factors for thermal treatment of meat confiscates in continuous mode comprises non-ferromagnetic tetrahedral conical resonator 7, on upper base 8 of which air cooling magnetrons 9 with waveguides and fans are evenly placed. On the inner side of outer wall 10 of non-ferromagnetic tetrahedral conical resonator 7 in the centre there is ceramic electric drive disk 12 with radially arranged ceramic knives 13 on the front surface, with the possibility of moving together with fluoroplastic shaft 14 in the axial direction. On the inner wall of non-ferromagnetic tetrahedral conical resonator 7, loading window 11 is cut, at the level of which non-ferromagnetic tetrahedral conical compartment 3 is docked so that its base is located at the level of upper base 8 of non-ferromagnetic tetrahedral conical resonator 7. Steel stationary knives 18 are arranged on the end walls of non-ferromagnetic tetrahedral conical resonator 7, on the inner side, over the entire width. On base 4 of non-ferromagnetic tetrahedral conical compartment 3 there is non-ferromagnetic loading container 1 with a non-ferromagnetic gate valve, inside of which there is shredder 2. Under the base of non-ferromagnetic tetrahedral conical compartment 3 at the edges there are electro-gas-discharge lamps 6 of a bactericidal flow of UV rays with supratonal frequency sources with contact with non-ferromagnetic corona needles 5 located on the inner side of base 4. Conical part of non-ferromagnetic tetrahedral conical resonator 7 is cut off and contains lower base 15 with an unloading opening, above which fluoroplastic spiral electric auger 16 is installed. Non-ferromagnetic receiving container 17 is located under the unloading opening.
EFFECT: invention enables to develop an apparatus with electrophysical exposure factors for thermal treatment of meat confiscates with disinfection and neutralization of an unpleasant odour in a continuous mode.
