FIELD: devices for determining time; transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for determination of idling time of brake shoe of monorail elevator and method of its determination. Device includes a contact detection unit, a common end roller unit, an idle run time determination unit and a detection line. Contact detection unit is installed on the brake of the monorail elevator. Unit of the common end roller is installed on the frame of the monorail elevator in accordance with the guide. Contact detection unit includes a tube connected to the brake shoe. Inside the tube there is a metal probe corresponding to the guide. Raised cylindrical block is located on the metal probe. Limiting bolt corresponding to the raised cylindrical block is made on the inner side wall of the tube. Metal probe can contact the guide or the limiting bolt when braking the brake shoe. Idle run time determination unit is electrically connected to the metal probe, the limiting bolt and the axis of the common unit of end rollers through the detection lines.
EFFECT: as a result, the accuracy of determining the idling time of the brake shoe of the monorail elevator is increased.
