PERSONALIZED METHOD OF TREATING VEIN THROMBOSIS OF LOWER EXTREMITIES IN WOUNDED Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61K31/727 A61P7/02

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to military medicine, surgery, cardiology, and can be used for treating vein thrombosis of lower extremities in wounded. Anticoagulant therapy is monitored and hypocoagulation is achieved by titration of low-molecular heparins to the recommended range of clot growth rate (V) of “Test Thrombodynamics” (TD) and target value of anti-Xa activity. Laboratory tests are performed using a blood sample obtained by puncture of an ulnar vein into a vacuum test tube with sodium citrate in concentration of 3.2% after the first portion of blood is discharged. Then, the plasma collected after centrifugation at 1,600g for 15 minutes is used to determine anti-Xa activity, which is carried out on an automatic coagulometer using a chromogenic method, then TD is performed from plasma, estimating the clot growth rate V, mcm/min. Laboratory tests are performed at two points – 3–4 hours after the beginning of the preparation action and before the next injection of the preparation action. Further, the individual therapeutic doses of low-molecular heparins determined in the study are administered subcutaneously 2 times a day until the thrombosis resolution period is reached according to the ultrasonic duplex scanning of the veins of the lower extremities.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce terms of partial recanalisation and resolution of thrombosis, which further will be reflected in reduction of terms of hospitalization of wounded.
