FIELD: scrap glass.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an automated method for detecting glass-ceramic materials in scrap glass. The technical result is achieved by the fact that during the detection of glass ceramics in the cullet, fragments taken for glass ceramics are identified, a digital image is obtained based on the results of the previous stage of detection of glass ceramics, and the said image contains, in particular, at least one group of pixels corresponding to the fragment taken for glass ceramics, and colorimetric image processing is performed, during which at least a group of pixels of the specified image, corresponding to fragments accepted as glass ceramics, is processed by the colorimetric image processing module according to the RGB model.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of detection of glass ceramics in scrap glass.
