FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a flow-through cell and a method of its manufacturing. Proposed method comprises forming core layer. Core layer is placed between the substrate and the nano-ply layer. Nano-ply layer includes nano-pits for receiving the sample. Core layer is characterized by a higher refraction index than the substrate and the nano-ply layer. According to the method, a grating is formed using nanoimprinting to input light into the core layer. Core layer is formed in a technological process separate from the grid formation.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides high efficiency of detecting emitted light.
