FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of biological products for medical, food, cosmetic and technical purposes. At the first stage of obtaining the product, larch logging and wood processing waste is crushed. Then the resulting larch sawdust is subjected to solid-phase mechanochemical treatment in a ball mill in the presence of dry sodium carbonate and sodium chloride in a ratio of 18:1:1 by weight. The resulting mixture is poured with water and kept with stirring for 24 hours. The liquid phase is separated from undissolved particles by filtration. Dihydroquercetin and accompanying flavonoids are precipitated from the aqueous extract by acidification with hydrochloric acid to pH 1.5–2.0. The resulting precipitate is separated by centrifugation and dried to obtain the target product. The extractability of dihydroquercetin from raw materials is 95–97%, the product does not contain any toxic impurities, the purity of dihydroquercetin is up to 77–85%.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the purity and yield of the target product.
