FIELD: animal breeding; cattle breeding.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for differential assessment of functional state of cows body under stress. Method involves measuring electrophoretic mobility of erythrocytes and counting leukocytes in a leukocyte formula with calculating a functional state coefficient of cows. Calculation of the coefficient of the functional state of cows is carried out by the ratio of lymphocytes to neutrophils and monocytes taking into account electrophoretic mobility of erythrocytes by formula
if the functional state coefficient is less than 1, the degree of the functional state of cows under stress is considered to be low, from 1 to 1.5 - medium, and from 1.5 and higher - as high.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency and reliability of analysis of functional state of cows body under stress, well-timed correction of cow body state and exclusion of reduction of their productivity.
