FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary science, namely to a method for evaluating a stress reaction of a cattle organism. Method for assessing a cattle's stress reaction, comprising analysing peripheral blood erythrocytes by interference microscopy by measuring phase height and erythrocyte phase diameter in vitro, wherein the erythrocyte analysis is carried out before the external factor and 15 minutes after the external factor, and as an external factor, 0.1 % albumin adrenaline-hydrochloride solution is used, and with increase in phase height and reduction of erythrocyte phase diameter establish absence of stress reaction in cattle, and with increase in phase height and increase in the erythrocyte phase diameter, developing stress reaction in cattle.

EFFECT: method described above enables to reduce the analysis time and simplify the procedure.
