FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, particularly to clinical laboratory diagnostics, and can be used for analyzing the state of body stress-responsiveness. A method for assessing body stress reactivity involves conducting a hematologic examination to determine the electrophoretic mobility of EPME, concentration of malondialdehyde MDA and activity of catalysing of blood erythrocytes AC. Based on the EPME, MDA and AC values, calculating the body's stress-reactivity coefficient by formula:
where KR is stress-response coefficient, EPMEct – electrophoretic mobility of erythrocytes of control group, EPMEcp – electrophoretic mobility of erythrocytes of comparison group, MDAct is concentration of malonic dialdehyde in erythrocytes of control group, MDAcp – concentration of malondialdehyde in erythrocytes of comparison group, ACct – activity of catalase in erythrocytes of control group, ACcp – activity of catalase in erythrocytes of comparison group. If the KR stress-response coefficient value is evaluated, the body condition is evaluated by one of the following categories: >60 % – high stress-reactivity, 10–60 % – average stress-reactivity, <10 % – low stress-reactivity.
EFFECT: using the given method enables assessing body stress-reactivity based on the quantitative analysis of haematological parameters.
