FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for intraoperative diagnosis of microcirculation disorders of the colon in malignant neoplasms. In an operating room under control of the temperature of the internal environment of the operating room, two sterile sensors connected to an analyser are applied to the patient at the suspected site of a colon tumour. Temperature fluctuations are measured with a frequency from 0.01 to 2.0 Hz for 1 minute twice in the following positions: in the centre and along the periphery of the pathological formation, in the proximal and distal directions from the tumour with an indentation of 0.5 cm. Using USB -port analyser transmits the spectrum of temperature fluctuations of the suspected area of the colon tumour to a personal computer. Wavelet analysis of the obtained data is carried out. The measurement result is displayed on the screen of a personal computer in the form of three graphs in a linear format in three ranges of microcirculatory regulation: neurogenic, myogenic and endothelial. In accordance with the measurement data, the boundaries of tumour growth are determined.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of topical diagnosis of microcirculation disorders of the colon in malignant neoplasms is achieved by differentiating the boundaries of healthy tissues from tissues affected by the oncological process, for a more accurate determination of the boundaries of tumour growth during neoangiogenesis.
