METHOD FOR CORRECTION OF MICROCIRCULATION IN INJURED PERIPHERAL NERVE TRUNKS OF EXTREMITY Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61N1/32 A61B17/56

Abstract RU 2587719 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, biology, veterinary science, namely to neurosurgery. During operation of neurorrhaphy injured nerve installed electrodes, accelerate wire on surface of skin; outside pathological lesion in area with developed subcutaneous fatty tissue. Skin flap is excised with size of about 0.1 % of body surface area. Flap is taken, which is placed in turn in solution H2O2 3 % with exposition of about 1 minute, C2H5OH 70 % approximately 0.5 minute, NaCl 0.9 % approximately 2 minutes. In area of intake flap between skin and its fascia formed cavity into which is placed carried treated flap and fixed position by wound closure completely. With third day after neurorrhaphy peripheral nerve stimulation and adjacent tissues by placed bipolar electric pulses of rectangular shape with current amplitude 0.5-2.0 mA, frequency of 25-30 Hz, duration of about 0.1 ms for 15-20 minutes 3 times a day for 15-20 days.

EFFECT: method improves clinical effectiveness that is ensured by improved microcirculation in postoperative period in area of neurorrhaphy.
