SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology and gynecology, and can be used to diagnose vulvar cancer in women. Microcirculation of the vulvar skin blood flow is assessed by laser doppler flowmetry. Record microcirculation parameters from a modified part of the skin of the vulva. Vulvar cancer is diagnosed with an indicator of myogenic tonus of 2.90, indicators of neurogenic and endothelial activity of 2.77 Hz and 4.18 Hz, respectively, and a shunting indicator of 1.97.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the accuracy of diagnosis of vulvar cancer by determining the parameters of the microcirculation of the vulva using laser doppler flowmetry.
