FIELD: medicine; oncology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to can be used for treating patients with BRCA-associated triple-negative locally advanced breast cancer (TNBC). Method involves neoadjuvant polychemotherapy (NP) with its clinical evaluation and subsequent surgical treatment. At the stage of NP, 4 cycles of drug therapy are performed with preparations of mitomycin medac 10 mg/m2 in combination with cisplatin 100 mg/m2 1 time in 28 days with clinical assessment of NP, which is SPECT-CT of mammary glands, mammography and ultrasound of mammary glands with elastography, after 2 and 4 cycles.
EFFECT: using the invention enables increasing the rate of achieving a complete pathological response (pCR) in the patients with BRCA-associated locally advanced TNBC with 4-fold reduction in the course of systemic therapy.
