SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically, to a method for producing oligonucleotide conjugates with boron clusters, and can be used for producing oligonucleotide conjugates containing 4 boron clusters at the 5’ end. An amino derivative based on pentaethylene hexamine and a dioxonium derivative of tetrabutylammonium closo-dodecaborate is pre-produced and then attached to an oligonucleotide, followed by processing and purifying the resulting conjugate.

EFFECT: production of a potentially efficient compound for boron-neutron capture therapy with lower labour intensity and duration of the process.
