FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for tumour-specific targets identification in histological tissue sections of human lung cancer patients, comprising human lung cancer tissue sample incubation with yeast RNA and incubation of with aptamer solutions with different fluorescent labels in phosphate buffer containing Ca2+ and Mg2+. Painted tissue sample is frozen and sectioned with a cryostat. These sections are examined using fluorescence and confocal microscopy. Tumour-specific targets are identified by light microscopy, for which a part of the incubated tissue sample slices are stained with hematoxylin and eosin.

EFFECT: method allows to identify various kinds of tumour elements in a human lung cancer tissue section, namely, tumour cells, nuclei or nucleoli of cancer cells, tumour antigen carrying lymphocytes, and connective tissue modified by tumour process.
