FIELD: measurement of electric and magnetic quantities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electromagnetic field measurement, namely to magnetic field sensors based on a multivibrator circuit with a magnetic diode as a sensitive element. Magnetic field sensor with a frequency output based on a magnetic diode has a multivibrator circuit, a magnetically sensitive element based on the magnetic diode, a circuit for generating a pulse signal and a circuit of feedback elements. Pulse signal generation circuit includes a magnetically sensitive element based on a magnetic diode and an RC circuit for differentiating the pulsed signal of the multivibrator. Output of the multivibrator circuit is the output of the device and is connected to the input of the pulse signal generating circuit, the output of which is connected to the input of the circuit of negative feedback elements. Output of the circuit of negative feedback elements is the output of the device and is connected to the input of the multivibrator circuit.
EFFECT: high sensitivity and noise immunity.
