FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic magnetic field converters, and more specifically to silicon Hall sensors in the form of an integrated circuit containing a magnetically sensitive Hall element and an electronic circuit for measuring and processing a signal. Proposed active magnetically sensitive sensor contains a Hall element with orthogonal switching of contacts and a low-noise cascade of signal amplification based on a charge-coupled cell that performs multiple conversion of a signal into a charge with accurate compensation of the residual potential and integrating the information component of the signal over a frame time of a multi-element magnetic field transducer.
EFFECT: significant increase in sensor sensitivity.
