SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods of production of dry plant extracts used as a feed additive for feeding farm animals and poultry. The method involves grinding dried timothy leaves, wetting them in a water-ethanol solution, sequentially carrying out first a two-stage water-ethanol extraction at intense boiling under vacuum, and then extraction with distilled water. The method also involves combining and concentrating the obtained extracts and drying the thick extract.
