SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for informing a driver of a vehicle on the distance from the vehicle to an obstacle. Proposed system comprises distance sensors, control unit and driver information device. Sensors are installed on the vehicle and connected to the control unit. Control unit is connected to driver information device. Driver information device is made in the form of a element of clothing. Element of clothing has sets of vibration motors on the front and back parts. Control unit is configured to generate a control signal for controlling vibration motors. Signal is generated depending on the distance between the vehicle and the obstacle.
EFFECT: reduced probability of vehicle driver skipping information on distance to obstacle.
