SUBSTANCE: the innovation should be fulfilled in two stages, moreover, during the first stage one should descend a wrist with the help of a distraction apparatus in distal direction till developing ulnar deviation of 10°, during the second stage it is necessary to carry out microsurgical autotransplantation of the 2nd metatarsal bone at its growth area being towards ulnar distal department due to coinciding metatarsal caput with wrist's bones, as for proximal metatarsal department it should be coincided and fixed with a mark at radial ulnar surface to create synostosis and prevent the relapse of deformation in the process of growth.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
