FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to produce a metal sheet with a deposited layer using an automated control system. The conveyor unit is configured to receive and transport metal sheets through the device. The hopper units are designed to distribute a layer of deposited material onto the surface of the metal sheet. Each of the units of the wire feed mechanism contains a power head configured for multi-axis movement. The electronic logic circuit is designed to control the conveyor unit, the hopper unit and individual control of the wire feeder units. At least every second unit of the wire feed mechanism is made with the possibility of transverse movement when moving a metal sheet under it. A group of sensors, when a metal sheet passes along a conveyor, transmits data to an electronic control logic circuit, which makes changes to the production process.
EFFECT: device produces a metal sheet with a deposited layer of high hardness and impact resistance, which has a long service life.
