FIELD: molecular sieves.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to molecular sieve SCM-33, as well as to a method for production thereof and to its use. Described is a molecular sieve SCM-33, in which the chemical composition is schematically represented by the formula "SiO2 · 1/x XO1.5 · m´ MO0.5", where X is a trivalent framework element, molar ratio x for Si/X is 200 ≥ x ≥ 5, M is a framework equilibrium cation, and molar ratio M/Si is 0 < m´ ≤ 1; and also by the fact that it has an X-ray pattern shown in the following table:
where designations m, s, vs denote intensity of diffraction peaks, where m refers to average, s refers to strong, and vs refers to very strong peak, wherein m is 20–40; s is 40–70; and vs is more than 70. Method of preparing said molecular sieve includes a step of mixing a non-silicon source of a tetravalent framework element Y, a source of silicon, a source of a trivalent framework element X, a source of frame equilibrium cation M, an organic template Q and water for a crystallisation reaction to obtain a molecular sieve SCM-33. Described also is a molecular sieve composite comprising said SCM-33 molecular sieve and a binder, and use of said SCM-33 molecular sieve as an adsorbent or catalyst.
EFFECT: development of a molecular sieve with RTE topology, which requires a short preparation time, has a low synthesis cost, and is used as an adsorbent or catalyst.
