SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is based on the fact that the therapeutic effects of arsenic can be enhanced by the introduction of divalent metal ions and in particular Cu²⁺ ions. It is proposed to use a composition containing arsenic trioxide and Cu²⁺ ions to obtain a medicinal product for the treatment of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), as well as the use of a combination of Cu²⁺ salt and arsenic trioxide to obtain a medicinal product for the treatment of graft-versus-host disease host (GVHD).

EFFECT: use of the above compositions and combinations provides a significant enhancement of the therapeutic effect of arsenic, while the introduction of Cu²⁺ ions alone does not provide any noticeable effect.
