SUBSTANCE: method of configuring a part of a frequency band (FBP) is applied for a terminal and includes a step of: determining a first pair of initial FBPs and a second pair of initial FBPs, wherein the first pair of initial FBPs includes a first initial FBP of an uplink and a first initial FBP of a downlink. Second initial FBP pair includes a second uplink initial FBP and a second downlink initial FBP. Widths of the initial uplink FBP and the initial downlink FBP of the first pair of initial FBP do not exceed the value of the first threshold, which is determined depending on the capacity of the terminal of the first type.
EFFECT: enabling adaptive configuration of part of the frequency band (FBP) and saving on costs for system operations.
